Cancelation Policy:
We understand that plans can change and that, however unfortunate, sometimes people need to pull out of camp. We would love to make this process easy, while still allowing us to properly prepare for the upcoming camps. Cancelations made 6 or more weeks prior to the start of the camp will be refunded minus a $50 cancelation fee. Cancelations between 2 weeks and 6 weeks will be refunded 50%. We are unable to offer refunds for cancelations or withdrawals made 2 weeks before the start of camp or less. Cancelation Fees can be waived with the transfer into a different week of camp, subject to availability.
